Coleman, Glenn O.

Glenn Coleman (July 18, 1887 – May 8, 1932) was an American painter. His work was part of the painting event in the art competition at the 1932 Summer Olympics. Coleman's Still Life was shown at the Whitney Studio Club's twelfth annual exhibit of painting and sculpture. Coleman was born in Springfield, Ohio, on July 18, 1887 or 1881, and grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. In Indianapolis, he studied at an art school. In 1905, he moved to New York and attended the New York School of Art. There, he studied under artists Robert Henri and Everett Shinn. Coleman's work focused on New York City and its street life, often painted in a simplistic style; in later years, his painting style was inspired by Cubism.

Phoebe Halliwell is a fictional character from the American television series Charmed, played by Alyssa Milano from October 7, 1998, until May 21, 2006. The character was originally played by Lori Rom in the unaired pilot episode. However, Rom quit the series, and a new pilot was filmed with Milano in the role of Phoebe. The character was created by Constance M. Burge and is based on Burge herself. Phoebe is introduced into Charmed as the youngest sister to Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Piper Halliwell (Holly Marie Combs). She is one of the original featured leads and, more specifically, a Charmed One – one of the most powerful witches of all time. Phoebe initially possesses the power of premonition, which enables her to see into the future and the past. To make up for initially only having a passive power, Phoebe develops martial arts skills in order to better assist her sisters when they fight evil beings. As the series progresses, she also gains the active powers of levitation and empathy. Phoebe was originally portrayed as the "free-spirited", "carefree", and most rebellious sister. Robert H. Colescott (August 26, 1925 – June 4, 2009) was an American painter. He is known for satirical genre and crowd subjects, often conveying his exuberant, comical, or bitter reflections on being African American. He studied with Fernand Léger in Paris. Colescott's work is in many major public collections, including the Albright-Knox in Buffalo, the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, the Baltimore Museum of Art and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.
