Description

This painting was done with a sparing use of light coloured ink. According to the text accompanying it, it was done in the style of Ni Zan (1301-1374) and Huang Gongwang (1269-1354). It is an example of the learning process of a Chinese painter; that is, mastering the craft through copying and imitating to then develop his own style.
