Landscape

Description

Fritzi Brod was an accomplished textile designer, which is apparent in the undulating planes of foliage that dominate this landscape print. Trained in printmaking at Hull House, where this lithograph was probably made under the auspices of the Illinois Art Project, Brod also made prints at Ox-Bow during the 1940s.
